A La Ronge-area man is facing weapons and drug charges following a police raid in that community Thursday.
RCMP executed a search warrant on a home in the 100th Block of Far Reserve Road, seizing a handgun with the serial number defaced, approximately 4 oz. of suspected cocaine, a sum of cash in both Canadian and US currency, a crossbow, drug paraphernalia, knives, a machete and a hatchet.
Dennis Riley Charles was arrested without incident, charged with multiple offenses. He is to appear in court today.
