A member of the Prince Albert Police Service has been charged with assault as a result of an investigation from the Public Complaints Commission.
The charges stem from an incident in July of 2022.
The complaints commission did not release too many details on the incident, but say as a result of its investigation charges were warranted.
Constable Dillon Husky has now been charged with three counts of assault.
Husky will be in court on October 26.
