RCMP in La Ronge have charged a man with DUI and dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death in a hit-and-run on September 29.
Police accuse James Misponas of stealing a vehicle and hitting a 56-year-old man.
The unidentified man would die of injuries the next day. Misponas appeared in court Monday.
