A 37-year-old woman has been charged with second-degree murder after a man’s body was found in a ditch after he was hit by a vehicle last month on a reserve near Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
Charmain Sparvier waived her appearance in court today and will now proceed directly to a bail hearing early next month.
She’s charged in the death of 42-year-old Clayton Isaac, who police say died at the scene after being hit by a vehicle on August 8th on the Cowessess First Nation.
