Update: February 22, 2024

Extensive investigation by Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes to date has determined 44-year-old Candie Pritchard was last seen in the Red Pheasant Cree Nation area and at several residences on Red Pheasant Cree Nation around the first week of January, 2024.

Investigators are seeking more information from the public about Candie’s whereabouts that first week of January – if you spoke with her or saw her in the community of Red Pheasant Cree Nation, please contact police by calling Battlefords RCMP at 306-446-1720 or call 310-RCMP.

The public can also report information anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Investigation into her death continues.


Update: Battlefords RCMP received a report of human remains located outside a residence on Red Pheasant Cree Nation on February 4. RCMP say an autopsy took place on February 7, and the deceased was identified as 44-year-old Candie Pritchard of Rabbit Lake. Investigation into her death continues.

RCMP are asking the public for information on the whereabouts of Candie Pritchard.

She was last seen the first week of January in the Red Pheasant Cree Nation and at homes there.

Investigators with the major crimes division are asking anyone who has had contact with Candie Pritchard to call police.
