More Help On The Way For Northerners At U of S

An engineering student originally from Cumberland House hopes he can encourage and support northern students interested in attending the University of Saskatchewan.
Johnny Desjarlais is in his third year of mechanical engineering.
He says when he decided to go to the U of S, he just wanted to hear from someone that it was achievable.
That’s why Desjarlais is setting up a group called the Northern Administration Students Assocation, or NASA.
It aims to provide students with links to services and resources to help them adjust to living and going to school in Saskatoon.
Desjarlais has been working on this for the past two years, and hopes it will be running in the near future.
