Members of Lac La Ronge Indian Band are getting ready to vote on their Agricultural Benefits claim also known as “Cows and Plows”.
Only LLRIB members can view the Settlement Agreement, Trust Agreement, and Finance Code. Information sessions regarding the agreement will be held next week where legal counsel and a financial advisor can provide information on the settlement.
In person voting will take place on August 23 at the locations below.
Electronic voting will also be available for members on August 19 at 9:00 a.m. to August 22 at 8:00 p.m.
LLRIB leadership are recommending voters accept the agreement.
Copies of the agreement will be available at all six band offices and online by emailing llrib.elections@llrib.ca.
