Woman Charged With Fatal Saskatoon Stabbing

A murder charge has been laid in connection with the Saskatoon stabbing death of a man with ties to the Flying Dust First Nation.

Police say a 34-year-old woman was arrested last night by plainclothes officers in Saskatoon, and made her first court appearance this morning.

The woman, whom police say “had been involved in a relationship” with James Clayton Laframboise, has been charged with second degree murder.

The victim was stabbed Oct. 5 at an apartment building in the city.
