Alleged Stabber Will Face Jury Trial

A Stanley Mission man is headed to trial for allegedly stabbing another man in the community last fall.

 

Jonathan McLeod, 32, will be tried by a judge and jury in the Prince Albert Court of Queen’s Bench.

 

McLeod was charged with aggravated assault after a 21-year-old man was left in critical condition after a stabbing incident in Stanley Mission last September.

 

A trial date has yet to be be determined.
