Male Killed In Shooting In La Loche

Four suspects are in custody following a fatal shooting in La Loche.

RCMP say the male victim was shot last night at around 7:30 p.m.

Sgt. Rod Ens says the four suspects were eventually arrested after Mounties interviewed some witnesses.

The RCMP’s Major Crime Unit out of Saskatoon, the Saskatoon’s-based RCMP Dog Section and the North Battleford-based Forensic Unit are assisting with the investigation.

The name of the victim will be released once his family has been notified.
