Chief Charged With Impaired Driving

The chief of the Fond du Lac First Nation is facing impaired driving charges.

Napoleon Mercredi’s case was heard in Regina Provincial Court yesterday.

He is charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired and refusing to provide a breath or blood sample.

His next court appearance is set for June 30th.
