Preliminary hearings continue to be set for the inmates accused of killing a former leader of the Indian Posse.
Yesterday in Prince Albert Provincial Court, Ryan Agecoutay learned he would go before a judge in November.
Agecoutay faces charges of attempted murder and manslaughter for his alleged role in a brawl earlier this year at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary.
That’s when Daniel Wolfe was killed while inside the jail’s maximum security unit.
So far, one inmate — Jacob Worme — has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the case.
