Foul Play Ruled Out In Starblanket Death

The Prince Albert Police Service has wrapped up its investigation into a sudden death.

Officials say they have determined 40-year-old Frederic Floyd Starblanket drowned.

His body was discovered floating in the North Saskatchewan River back in August, 2008.

Sgt. Kelly Mclean says no foul play is suspected and family members have been notified.
