A man has been arrested and another is being sought by police after an individual was attacked with a hammer in a home on the Standing Buffalo First Nation.
RCMP say two men forced their way into the residence Tuesday afternoon, and assaulted one of the occupants.
The victim suffered injuries to his head, torso, and one of his feet.
Two other occupants were unharmed.
Both attackers then fled the area.

Tawiyaka is described as being 6’2″ tall, and weighing between 250 and 300 lbs.
He faces a number of charges, including break and enter to commit assault, uttering threats, and breach of probation.
The suspect in custody, 25-year-old Lonnie Goodwill, has been charged with assault, aggravated assault, break and enter, and breach of probation.
