Aboriginal Actor Takes Message Of Hope To La Ronge

The Lac La Ronge Indian Band has been playing host to Adam Beach this week.

The Hollywood actor has been visiting schools in the area to share his story with the students.

Beach says he needs time away from the Los Angeles lifestyle and has wanted to visit Saskatchewan for a while.

He says he likes to reach out and share his experiences, and give communities a sense of hope and purpose and help them find their gift.

Beach has more events planned for Thursday and Friday at schools in Stanley Mission and the Little Red River reserve.
