New Education Facility in Saskatoon

The ribbon has been cut on a new education facility in Saskatoon.

Located at Mount Royal Collegiate, the centre will be home to SIAST, the Saskatoon Public School Divison and a skills and trade centre.

The 9,500 square foot addition features a multi-cultural centre, cafeteria and gym.

The Saskatoon Early Childhood Education Centre is also located at the facility, along with 10 SIAST programs.

Officials with SIAST say the $21 million facility will help answer the demand for new space.
