Red Earth Woman Goes Missing On Way To Shoal Lake

A search is underway for a missing 34-year-old woman from the Red Earth First Nation.

RCMP say Francis Nawakayas was last seen last Thursday when she was scheduled to drive to the Shoal Lake First Nation.

Red Earth emergency services co-ordinator Roy Head says an air and ground search is underway.

Nawakayas was driving a white Pontiac Montana van with Saskatchewan plates 086 HSD.

She is 5’2″ tall, weighs 140 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the RCMP.
