Trial Ordered For Men Accused Of Fraud At MACSI

Two Metis men have been committed to stand trial for allegedly defrauding the Metis Addictions Council of Saskatchewan between 2001 and 2004.
Henry Cummings is facing six counts of fraud over $5,000, while Albert Delaire is facing 11 counts of fraud over $5,000, two counts of fraud under $5,000 and one count of forgery.
At the time of the alleged fraud, both were directors with the council.
No trial date has been set.
