Trial dates have tentatively been set in the case of a former hockey player accused of setting a fatal fire in La Ronge.

Blake David Norman is accused of setting the apartment fire last year that claimed the lives of three people.

In all, he faces three counts of manslaughter and one charge of arson.

On Friday, a pre-trial hearing was held to discuss the case.

Crown prosecutor Bob Lane says the trial has tentatively been scheduled for May 30th to June 3rd in Prince Albert.

He says the timeline may change however due to the availability of expert witnesses.
