First Gold Bar Produced in La Ronge Project

The first gold bar has been at produced at Golden Band Resource’s La Ronge Gold Project.

The 15.9-kilogram bar was poured at the Jolu mill yesterday.

The gold was extracted from high-grade ore mined at Golden Band’s Roy Lloyd Mine, formerly known as the Bingo Deposit.

The mill has been processing ore since December 23rd.

The company says its long-term goal is to produce 100,000 gold ounces per year.
