Charges Laid in Regina’s First Murder

A 23-year-old man is charged with Regina’s first murder of 2011.

William Gary Kaiswatum is charged with the second-degree murder of 21-year-old Colton Lee Quewezance.

Early Saturday morning, Regina police were called to a residence regarding an altercation and found Quewezance deceased at the home.

Kaiswatum made his first court appearance this morning.
