City Clinic Receives Government Grant

Saskatoon’s Westside Community Clinic is receiving a one-time funding grant from the provincial government to help cover the costs of its relocation and expansion.

Last May the clinic moved to a larger location at 1528 20th Street West in Saskatoon’s inner city.

The province is providing $250,000, which the clinic says will allow operating funds to be spent on service delivery rather than mortgage payments.

In addition to primary health care, the clinic also offers part-time midwifery, positive living and mental health and addictions services.
