Shore Gold, Muskoday Sign Agreement

Shore Gold has reached an agreement with the Muskoday First Nation.

The company says it will gather information on traditional aboriginal land use in the Fort-a-la-Corne region.

Traditional knowledge of the area will also be taken into account.

The agreement is similar to past deals signed with other bands in the area.

The company says it is still working towards making a decision about whether or not a diamond mine at the site would be commercially viable.
