Suspects Sought In Montreal Lake Hit-And-Run

Montreal Lake RCMP would like to hear from anyone with information on a fatal hit-and-run from earlier this month.

On April 3rd, the body of 49-year-old John Moses Bird was on a road on the reserve.

Investigators believe Bird was hit by a vehicle and the driver took off.

Police found several pieces of black plastic at the scene which may have been from the suspect vehicle.

Anyone with information on the hit-and-run is asked to contact Montreal Lake RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
